This page explains what personal details Greenkunja Guesthouse (Kunjalapur-6, Tilottama, Rupandehi, Nepal) receives, why, and what you can ask us to do with them. Last updated: 3 November 2026.
What we receive
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email: usually your name, phone number or email address, travel dates and number of guests.
- Bookings made on Booking.com: Booking.com shares the details we need for your stay. Their own privacy policy also applies.
- At check-in: the details for our guest register, such as your name and passport or ID number.
Why we use them
Only to answer your questions, manage your booking and stay, and meet legal record-keeping rules. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
This website
- The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Fonts and images are served from our own website.
- The map is from Google Maps. It loads only when you click “Show the map”. Google’s privacy policy then applies.
- The video tour is hosted on YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). It loads when you scroll to it, and YouTube’s privacy policy then applies.
- Links to WhatsApp, Booking.com and other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
- Our web host keeps short technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure.
How long we keep them
We keep messages and booking details only as long as needed for your stay and for the records that the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing info@greenkunja.com. We will reply within 30 days.
